    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Create and manage release marketing plans

    • Execute digital marketing for releases and touring

    • Execute digital advertising media buying

    • Provide recommendations on social media marketing for artist roster

    • Maintain company social media pages for accuracy and maintenance

    • Maintain website content and look and feel

    • Provide support to marketing agencies, vendors and contractors

    • Maintain company brand identity, wordmarks and logos

    Requirements:

    • Current student or recent grad

    • Must have a passion for music and the industry and digital content

    • Should be ‘tapped into’ the culture

    • Should be idea and innovation forward

    • Able to accommodate a dynamic schedule

    • Detailed oriented, outgoing, punctual, accurate and confident

    • Working knowledge of Adobe Suite and video editing programs preferred

    • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and general troubleshooting skills

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Maintain roster and company press clippings, quote sheets and video clips

    • Pitching

    • Coordinate and maintain roster press schedule and calendars

    • Write press releases, blogs, articles and copy on behalf of roster and company

    • Revise, edit and maintain external reference site information (AllMusic.com, Wikipedia, Google, Spotify, et. al.)

    • Interface with agencies, vendors, promoters, buyers and venue PR departments for touring

    • Create and maintain PR database

    Description:

    The Artist Management Coordinator supports the artist management team and collaborates with label operations in various capacities. Key responsibilities encompass:

    1. Project Oversight: Supervising projects assigned by managers.

    2. Document Preparation: Assisting the management team in creating reports, documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

    3. Event Execution: Coordinating industry events and special projects.

    4. Logistics & Coordination: Managing all artist-related logistics for performances, marketing, appearances, events, and other activities.

    5. Campaign Coordination: Collaborating closely with the team to organize music content campaigns and initiatives.

    6. Budget Management: Developing and maintaining tour budgets and itineraries.

    7. Tour & Release Support: Assisting in the logistics of record releases and tours.

    8. Artist Development: Providing support for the artist development program.

    9. Merchandise Management: Overseeing merchandise inventory.

    10. Administrative Assistance: Aiding managers and artists with necessary administrative tasks.

    Requirements:

As the company began to grow, we felt the need to rebrand with a name that was all encompassing of the services we offer thus Affective Music.
