Tuesday, JULY 5th
Los Angeles, CA — On Tuesday, July 5th, GRAMMY-nominated artist Jamison Ross will release his new single “Tell Me You Love Me” via Affective Music. The song marks Jamison’s first release on the label, of which he is a partner. Produced by Jamison and John Michael Rouchell, the song features a contemporary soul vocal supported by modern production. “Not only do [men] need love too, we also need to hear it” said Ross. “It is a moment of vulnerability that most of us can identify with.”
Tell Me You Love Me is the first release from Ross since his All For One (2017) and Jamison (2015), for which he received his first GRAMMY-nomination. Ross earned his second GRAMMY-nomination as producer of Mykal Kilgore’s Let Me Go (2019) — earning the pair a nod in the Best Traditional R&B Performance category. In addition to Ross and Rouchell, additional songwriters include Alvin Ford Jr., Cory Irvin & Reggie Nicholas. The single is executive produced by David S. Hargrett. The video was directed by Alexander Golden and produced by Cori Isaiah Johnson & Horecee St.Cyr for 360 Total Solutions.
