Mykal's latest release Sing has set the R&B chart ablaze, claiming the coveted title of the #1 most added record at R&B radio this week! From his GRAMMY-nominated project “A Man Born Black” (2019) to The Man in the Barbershop (2022) to now, Mykal Kilgore has consistently and unapologetically created music from his perspective, pushing the boundaries of R&B. The sensual production and provocative lyrics have already earned the record “baby-making” status.
Sing penned by Kilgore, is the first peek at what is to come from Mykal’s upcoming album releasing this year. The groove-driven R&B ballad is an evolution for the artist – production was led by Executive Producer and co-collaborator, Jamison Ross. “This new album is a journey into the fantasy of life yet grounded in reality – Sing is just a taste of what is to come,” said Kilgore.
